served over toasted millet

overcooked millet and stew and veggies for jude

risotto with carrots peas and mint


again made in pressure cooker: took about 5 minutes to cook
 

iced raspberry loaf cake (recipe in the March issue of Martha Stewart Living) ... a little “cute” for my tastes, but easy and delicious... I should have placed some of the berries on top of the batter and let them sink in since I used so many extra and they all sank to the bottom...

swiss chard with currants and pine nuts (again, I overcooked some without salt and pepper for jude and she loved it)

radish salad (I added cukes, tomatoes, avocado and serrano chiles - it was FANTASTIC)
